CIMUN is proud to be a full-service conference. Delegate registration fees include 3 nights of rooming at the Fairmont Millennium Park and Thursday banquet Dinner. Room upgrades for advisors are available on a first-come first-served basis and are priced for the full 3 night stay. If your delegation is arriving in Chicago or leaving early, CIMUN is happy to facilitate additional nights in our room block. Please email admin@cimun.org for help on a price estimate for your delegation.

    • Delegate Drop Fee (prior to November 15): $237.50

  • Delegate fees include 3 nights at the Fairmont Millenium Park with 4 delegates to a room, and a banquet dinner served Thursday before committee session. Delegates are responsible for purchasing other food and beverage during the duration of the conference.

  • CIMUN prices delegate fees with the assumption of 4 delegates to a room. If a school has unused bed spaces, CIMUN will charge an empty bed fee. Schools are encouraged to bring delegations in multiples of 4 to avoid this fee. Schools can also work together with our admin team to share rooms and avoid extra fees.

  • One bedroom suites offer a spacious living room in addition to a bedroom. Many schools find it advantageous to have a room for team meetings during conference.
