As the people of Afghanistan we believe that self-determination is a key factor in stable society. Though key, we have found that it is necessary for certain ethnic groups to express their own self-determination due to the revolution on April 1979. This revolution was the starting point of the decline of self-determination in Afghanistan.

We are pleased to announce that CIMUN is now accepting staff applications for our 2010 conference. Last year, CIMUN attracted 87 staff members from 26 different universities around the world, and featured a staff-to-delegate ratio of 7 to 1, among the lowest of any major conference.
