Cabinet Lottery and Delegate Reception
I was reading the conference schedule, and it mentioned a "Cabinet Lottery for Delegates" from 1:45-2:30 pm on Saturday. What is that? Also, is the Delegate Reception on Saturday night formal or informal? Thank you so much!
