Our Staff

Talented Staff from Over 50 Universities Around the World

Unlike traditional conferences, CIMUN staff members do not come from one particular university. Instead, CIMUN draws a diverse and talented collection of students, post-graduates and professionals from around the world, selected through a highly-competitive application process. In 2010, 20% of our staff members were either current or former Secretary-Generals or other leaders of prestigious university-level Model UN programs. All of our prospective staff members undergo a thorough application and interview process, and range from the nation's leading university students to young professionals with real-world experience in a variety of fields such as law, finance, international security, and technology.  

CIMUN also offers one of the lowest staff-to-delegate ratios of any conference in the world, with 1 staff member for every 7 delegates. This allows us to focus more time and manpower on the things that matters most: challenging committees and an dynamic simulation. In 2010, our Simulations Department had over 50 staff members, reflecting CIMUN's committment to an intensive, engaging conference experience unlike any other. 

At CIMUN, our staff is truly our most valuable asset, and we are always looking for other enthusiastic, like-minded individuals to join our team.
